Property

The deal starts with the collateral.

We focus on real property value, real equity, and conservative numbers. If the property can’t support the deal on its own, we don’t force it. The asset must stand strong before anything else is considered.

Borrower

We look for borrowers who understand the deal, the structure, and the responsibility.

The loan must be realistic, serviceable, and aligned with the buyer’s plan, not based on hope or speculation.

Exit

Every deal must end cleanly before it begins.

Sale, refinance, or payoff — the exit is defined up front. No vague plans, no “we’ll figure it out later.” If the exit doesn’t work on paper, the deal doesn’t move forward
